Air Fryer Garlic Butter Steak Bites are a bite size steak that is smothered in a garlic butter sauce. This is a melt in your mouth air fryer steak recipe you need to try for an easy dinner this week.

Ingredients

sirloin steak
cut into bite size pieces

tablespoon
olive oil
2
tablespoons
minced garlic
divided
Salt and black pepper
to taste
2
tablespoons
butter
melted
1
tablespoon
chopped fresh parsley
for garnish
Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees. Prepare the basket with a nonstick oil.
Cut your steak into bite-size cubes. Then place them in a medium size bowl and toss with oil, garlic, butter and salt and pepper.
Add steak to the air fryer basket, in an even layer.
Cook for 5-7 minutes or until it reaches your desired doneness.
While the steak is cooking add your garlic and butter in a small bowl. Mix and set to the side.
When the steak is done pour the butter mixture over the steak and garnish with chopped parsley. Serve and enjoy.
